API Architecture

The Thrust API is built on:
  • Edge Functions: Serverless functions
  • Authentication: JWT-based or API key authentication
  • Multi-chain Support: Ethereum, Base, BNB including testnets
  • Trading Protocols: RobinSwap for new tokens on the Token Layer. Uniswap V3, PancakeSwap and Meteora for graduated tokens

Key Concepts

Tokens

Tokens are the core unit of value on Thrust. Each token has:
  • A unique ID and symbol
  • A bonding curve (RobinSwap) that graduates to external DEXes
  • Associated posts, clubs, and social content
  • Holder counts and vote weights

Voting Context

Thrust uses weighted voting based on token holdings. When voting on content:
  • You can specify a voting_token_id to weight your vote
  • Vote weight is calculated based on your holdings of that token
  • Different contexts can have different vote aggregates

Token Graduation

Tokens start on RobinSwap with a bonding curve. When they reach a supply threshold:
  • They “graduate” to Uniswap V3
  • Trading switches from RobinSwap to Uniswap V3 pools
  • Price discovery becomes market-driven
